DISCOUNTS

New Clients: Receive 15 FREE pages on their first transcript order (standard delivery) and will be invoiced immediately with payment due within 15 days.
For each completed referral, you will receive a discount of $0.10/page for your next order up to 100 pages valid upon receipt of payment from your referral.

POLICIES

Please send a clean, fully scoped PDF transcript ready for proofreading. Excessively messy transcripts will be charged an extra $0.15/page.
Federal holidays do not count as business days. Jobs received after 8 p.m. CST count as received 8 a.m. CST the next business day.
Large Jobs: For transcripts exceeding 200 pages, please call in advance and submit in smaller batches so we can work in tandem efficiently.
Regular Clients: Invoicing is issued on the 1st and 15th of each month. Late payments will be charged a 10% fee.
Payment Method: Payments are accepted securely through Wave via ACH or credit card. Simply use the payment link included on your invoice.
Outstanding Balances: New work will not be accepted until any outstanding balance has been paid in full.
