Harmon Reporting, LLC provides professional services including, but not limited to:
· Court reporting
· Transcript production
· Transcript proofreading
· Audio-supported proofreading
· Remote litigation support
· Legal transcription-related services
All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and acceptance by Harmon Reporting, LLC.
2. Professional Standards
All services are performed in good faith using professional judgment, experience, and industry-standard practices. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and quality, no service is guaranteed to be error-free.
Proofreading services are intended to assist court reporters and legal professionals with transcript review and accuracy support and do not replace the responsibility of the originating court reporter for final transcript certification and filing.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
· Provide complete and accurate materials necessary for services
· Submit clear instructions and preference sheets when applicable
· Review delivered work promptly
· Maintain backup copies of original files and transcripts
· Ensure all materials submitted comply with applicable laws and confidentiality obligations
Clients are responsible for verifying all deadlines, spellings, exhibits, and case-specific requirements before final use or filing.
4. Confidentiality
Harmon Reporting, LLC understands the sensitive nature of legal proceedings and will make reasonable efforts to maintain confidentiality of all client materials.
However, electronic communications and file transfers may carry inherent security risks. By using our services, clients acknowledge and accept these risks.
We will not knowingly disclose confidential information except:
· As required by law
· With client authorization
· As necessary to complete contracted services
5. Turnaround Times
· Estimated turnaround times are provided as a courtesy and are based on workload, transcript length, audio quality, file quality, scheduling availability, and project complexity.
· Submission of a transcript does not guarantee rush, expedited, overnight, weekend, or holiday availability until confirmed by Harmon Reporting, LLC.
· Clients requesting expedited services are encouraged to contact us prior to submission to confirm scheduling availability and page limitations.
· Harmon Reporting, LLC reserves the right to decline rush or expedited work based on workload capacity, transcript size, audio quality, scheduling conflicts, or other operational considerations.
· Additional fees may apply for rush, expedited, overnight, weekend, holiday, audio-supported, or high line-count transcripts. Transcripts containing 26 lines per page or more may incur additional per-page charges.
· Turnaround times begin once files are received, reviewed, and confirmed by Harmon Reporting, LLC.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows unless otherwise agreed in writing:
· New clients may be invoiced immediately upon completion or acceptance of work.
· Regular clients may be invoiced on the 1st and 15th of each month.
· Payment is due within the timeframe stated on the invoice.
· Late payments may incur a 10% late fee.
· Services may be suspended for outstanding balances.
Clients agree to address any billing concerns directly with Harmon Reporting, LLC through written communication.
Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated through financial institutions are not considered an acceptable method of dispute resolution for professional services rendered in good faith.
Failure to remit payment for completed services may result in collection efforts or legal action.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of professional court reporting and proofreading services, all services are final once work has commenced or files have been delivered.
· If a client believes there is a legitimate concern regarding services provided, the client must notify us promptly through written communication so the matter may be reviewed and reasonably addressed, if appropriate, at our sole discretion under extenuating circumstances.
· Clients agree to address any billing concerns directly with us. Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated through financial institutions are not considered an acceptable method of dispute resolution for professional services rendered in good faith. Failure to remit payment for completed services may result in collection efforts, suspension of future services, or legal action.
8. Website Use
Users of this website agree not to:
· Use the site for unlawful purposes
· Attempt unauthorized access to systems or files
· Copy, reproduce, or distribute website materials without permission
· Interfere with the operation or security of the website
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website at our discretion.

· Filing issues caused by third-party systems or courts
Total liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms including, but not limited to:
· Email providers
· Cloud storage services
· File-sharing services
· Payment processors
· Video conferencing platforms
Harmon Reporting, LLC is not responsible for outages, security breaches, or technical failures of third-party providers.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or services provided by Harmon Reporting, LLC shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Louisiana unless otherwise agreed in writing.
13. Modifications
Harmon Reporting, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
